*Ensure all windows and doors are secured
*Inspect for any forced entry or vandalism
*Check for any signs of water leakage from all potential sources
    (sinks, hot water heater, washers, windows, roof)
*Monitor HVAC systems as necessary
*Check humidity and temperature regularly
*Ensure security system is operational
*Inspect for pest and/or rodent infestations
*Run water in all sinks/showers/tubs/toilets to prevent calcification and debris buildup
*Reset systems, appliances and timers, as appropriate, in the event of power outage
*Inspect circuit breakers for tripped circuits
*Replace any burned out light bulbs
*Monitor and prepare, as necessary, for storms and hurricanes*
*Note and report any findings or concerns to homeowner
*Additional monitoring / inspecting, as discussed with homeowner

 

                                        EXTERIOR

 

*Ensure all windows and doors are secured
*Inspect for any forced entry or vandalism
*Ensure all service providers are performing as contracted
 (pool, landscape, etc)
*Monitor water level in pool
*Inspect for pest and/or rodent Infestation
*Replace any burned out light bulbs
*Remove unwanted flyers, newspapers and mail
*Note and report any findings or concerns to homeowner
*Additional monitoring / inspecting, as discussed with homeowner
