Southwest Florida home watch

Your Florida home, cared for while you are away

When you are only in Florida part of the year, your home still needs a set of eyes on it. Suncoast Property Care is the local team that checks on your home on a set schedule and tells you exactly how it is doing, with photos, after every visit.

Three schedules, one standard

Choose the rhythm that fits your home

Every completed visit follows the same full inspection. The only difference is how often we come, and how you are billed.

Best fit for homes empty most of the year

Condo or townhome rate
  • One planned visit every week, inside and out
  • Photo report after every visit
See weekly visits

  • One planned visit every two weeks
  • The same full inspection, every time
See bi-weekly visits
Best fit for the occasional visit

As-Needed

from $60 per visit
Plus $25 a month standby
  • A planned visit whenever you request one
  • Planned in advance, not an on-call service
See as-needed visits

Prices shown start from the condo and townhome rate. Single-family and estate homes are a little higher, and optional add-ons like mail handling or HVAC filter changes are available. You are billed monthly for the visits actually completed, so your total depends on how often you are away. We may adjust rates as we refine our service, and any change is shared at least 30 days in advance. See all rates or compare the plans side by side.

Every visit, the same standard

Everything in one place

Your reports and follow-ups, in one owner dashboard

Your owner dashboard is being finalized. Every visit is already documented through our structured reporting system, and your reports, tasks, invoices and messages will come together in one place.

Each visit is logged with geolocation and a photo report, so you can see what we saw and know the inspection really happened on site.

Storm season, handled calmly

Storm monitoring is part of every active plan

Active clients receive a documented priority check before an announced storm and an additional post-storm visit as soon as conditions and local access safely allow. This is included on Weekly, Bi-Weekly and As-Needed.

Included for every active client

  • Storm monitoring while your home sits empty
  • A documented priority check before an announced storm
  • An extra post-storm check once access is safe, with photos
  • Contact with you when physical action is worth considering

Quoted separately or out of scope

  • Physical storm preparation, such as shutters and outdoor furniture, available by quote
  • Technical damage assessment, structural, roof or insurance inspections
  • Project management of larger repair work

We cannot guarantee an exact time after a storm and we cannot guarantee that all storm damage is found. We work only where access is safe. Read how storm monitoring works

Home watch, answered

A home watch visit is a visual, non-invasive inspection of your home while you are away. We walk the property inside and out, check the nine categories on our standard list, and send you a photo report of what we found.

Weekly, every two weeks, or as needed. You can pause visits when you are staying at the home or when it is rented, and they resume when it is empty again.

An authorized member of our own trained team. Every report shows who completed the visit, and only authorized Suncoast Property Care team members have access to your home.

We contact you with photos and clear options. We only proceed once you approve, and any outside costs are passed through at the amount billed by the vendor, with receipts.

Weekly visits start at $40 per visit for a condo or townhome and $50 for a single-family home. Larger homes and estates start from $65 and are confirmed after a short property review. See the pricing page for the full table.
